Basic Wedding Coordinator

  • We need to get to know each other and schedule a few times to meet before the big day. 

  • Help work out any loose ends and make sure everything is in the timeline you create.

  • Finalize the timeline and create itinerary pamphlet for wedding party.

  • Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

  • follow up with venders, confirm arrivals, and check in with the wedding party.  

  • Manage decor and help family pull it all together.

  • Keep the Bride, Groom, and the Wedding party on task.

  • communicate with venders and manage your timeline. 

$1,500.00 

  •  $500 deposit for booking 

  • $1,000 the day of the wedding

Wedding Coach

What you get with the wedding coach.

  • Basic Wedding coordinator

  • Contact Vendors and set appointments.

  • Help with planning the design and decor of your wedding.

  • Frequent meetings to discuss progress, timeline, and next step

  • Plan seating arrangements

  • Wedding errands 

  • Anything you need to make planning your wedding a memorable experience. That's what I'm here to help with.

$3,500.00
 

  • $1,500 deposit for booking 

  • $2,000 the day of the wedding

Less than a month before the wedding

Don’t panic I can help pull it all together.

  • Lets meet and go over the time line

  • Give me all the info and I'll take it from there

  • communicate with venders and keep the Bride Groom and Wedding Party on task

Due day of wedding

All rates based on guest list of 120 or less

Guest list over 200 my rates increase $500.00 

Small Wedding

For small private weddings under 25 guest I’m happy to be a part of your special day
